Food is what connects us all. When our family moved to Canada, we encountered many unknowns, but we found small ways to feel at home in our new home, and enjoying kimchee was one of them.
Our kimchee is a gift from our grandmother, and family will always be at the heart of it. To us, our kimchee symbolizes our grandmother and the love she put into every batch. After all, Halmoni's Kimchee means "Grandmother's kimchee" in Korean.
